Shipping: Please note that most of our products are not eligible for air shipment due to their size, weight, or content. Consequently, these items will be shipped via ground or ocean transportation. When checking out, please ensure that you select the appropriate shipping method. Ground Truck Freight is the only available shipping method for customers within the US, while we utilize Ocean Lower Container Load (LCL) Shipments for international destinations. If you require a special shipping arrangement or an Ocean Full Container Load (FCL) kind of shipping, please don’t hesitate to contact us for personalized assistance.

Shipping and Handling Charges: The shipping and handling charges are determined based on the type of your order and your delivery location. The total cost of your order, including all relevant charges, will be displayed on the checkout page of our website. It’s also important to note that in certain cases, additional costs that can not be determined during the order processing on our website may apply to your order, if such a situation arises, these will be communicated to you during or before your order is shipped by one of our logistic team. We are committed to transparent shipping practices and will inform you of any adjustments to shipping charges before your order is shipped.

Courier Companies: UPS is our top choice for shipping to customers within the continental US. They offer a reliable UPS Ground shipping service for Very Large Items. For more detailed information on shipping Very Large Items via UPS, please visit the following link: https://www.theupsstore.com/pack-ship/freight-shipping.  However, if you prefer a different shipping company, we are more than happy to accommodate that. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations will be handled by DHL, FedEx, or Private Cargo.

Delivery Time: For non-backordered items in the continental US, please allow 2-5 business days for delivery. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and other international destinations may require additional time up to 3-7 business days.

Consolidated Shipments: Whenever possible, we will ship entire orders together.

Shipping Container Policy

Salor Motorsports partners with professional delivery companies that have either a 1-ton pickup truck or a semi-truck with 40' tilt-bed trailers for fast and convenient delivery. In some cases, such as container shipments of a 20' tilt-bed trailer for 20 ft container deliveries, an additional fee may apply.

Salor Motorsports, referred to as "the Company," offers shipping container delivery at an additional cost as a courtesy to our customers, aimed at facilitating the purchase process. Please note that independent third-party companies handle all the delivery services we provide. The estimated cost of delivery via tilt-bed trailer is $5 to $6 per mile, while delivery via flatbed is estimated at $2 to $3 per mile. It's important to mention that flatbed delivery requires the customer to offload the container(s) from the trailer using a crane or large forklift. Customers also have the option to arrange for a pickup to save on delivery costs. By agreeing to our terms, the customer holds harmless the Company, its employees, and all agents of any liability associated with the delivery or pickup of the container and goods.

Customers are responsible for overseeing the delivery of shipping containers, which involves the use of large trucks and trailers weighing over 30,000 lbs and measuring 70 feet long. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery route and site can accommodate the delivery equipment and containers safely, without the risk of the truck getting stuck or causing any injury or damage. If any issues arise during the delivery, the customer is liable for any additional charges, such as dry run, detention time, or towing. The company is not accountable for any losses due to delays.

If a customer needs to postpone or cancel a delivery, there will be no cancellation fees as long as the customer provides the company with a 48-hour notice. However, deliveries that are cancelled or postponed with less than a 48-hour notice are subject to a $300 cancellation fee. On-site Storage Solutions operates only in the United States and Canada and does not handle international shipping. However, we can provide certified containers for international shipping.
